Our structure is different to that of a typical recruitment agency. We act as your internal HR Manager and support you through the process, helping you to select the right person for your business. You get our knowledge, expertise and guidance throughout the process. We charge a transparent hourly rate, not a percentage of the employee’s remuneration.
